Each week Disgraceland will host a different theme, with fresh DJs like Jason Barry and Zac Hennessey charting a new musical direction for Oxford Street.
Friday November 6th brings DJ Luke Fry in from the US to take over from resident DJ Jason Barry at 1:30am, spinning you through till the lights come on. His mix of fresh, funky and electro house will have you dancing till you feet fall off.

Taking advantage of daylight savings and the joy of spring the party will begin on March 29th, which is a Thursday, and will continue every other Thursday from then on. The bar is open in the evening as usual. Then beginning at 9pm I will be hosting 'Before Friday Funk' (BFF). At 10pm I will jump on the decks and start spinning my personal style of funky, uplifting house with some old school classics from the eighties and nineties slipped in and continue till late into the evening.
For the first two hours there are 2 for 1 drink specials and the entry is also a 2 for 1 deal, so bring your BFF and arrive early to get the best deals or just make a new BFF when you get there. Entry is $5 a person, but like I said it's 2 for 1 so bring a friend.
The second Before Friday Funk will be on April 12th and Dekuyer will be sponsoring the Happy Hour at Mars Bar and continuing the fun into BFF.
The third BFF coincides with dining out for life. Juanita More will be cooking up her fabulous fried chicken and raising money, as well hell, for charity. Again the party will continue into the night with myself and Derek B looking after the ear candy.
Please let your friends know that...
"...Forties are the new thirties, Thursday is the new Friday and there is no new black!"

Matinee @ Mezzanine444 Jesse Street, San Francisco Sunday April 2nd 2006
Luke takes control of the decks in the skybar every other month for the party Matinee. His debut saw he matched up against Victor Calderone, now for Matinee's 1 year anniversary party, Luke will be pitched against Junior Vasquez, most known for his Madonna remixes before the pair had a falling out. Junior known for the tribal beats and minimal lyrics when playing a DJ set is very different to Luke's uplifting vocal sound and the two should compliment each other nicely.

UP @ Eight1151 Folsom Street, SF Monday March 13th 2006, 8pm - 1am
UP, March 13th 2006, charity event to raise money for The Destination Foundation. Bringing Luke Fry and Dan Murphy back together for the first time in a year.
Luke saw the opportunity to play again with his old DJ partner Dan Murphy and jumped at the chance. Organizing the party himself he decided that any proceeds would be donated to The Destination Foundation. The artwork for the advert and flyer Luke oversaw himself and ensured that every aspect of the party fit the style he wanted to bring across. The night was a success and the chances are this won't be the only UP event to hit San Francisco's club scene.

Bumpafter party for San Francisco Pride Sunday June 26th 2005
Bump no longer runs, but in it's heyday it was known as the place to go for after hours music and dancing. Opening at 3am and going through till 9am the crowd was hard-core clubbers who never wanted the party to stop. Luke's style of mixing genre's kept the partiers on their toes never knowing what to expect next, but always assured that it would have a funky bassline that would get their feet tapping.
